The Miniature Bedroom Dresser
The miniature bedroom dresser and chest are the two of the main pieces in a miniature bedroom. If I'm decorating a small room I will choose one or the other. The miniature bedroom dresser is my first choice because I can add a miniature mirror and I have more top space for more miniature accessories.

This miniature furniture dresser measures a scale 52" (132 cm) wide by 32" (81.3 cm) tall and is 17" (43.2 cm) deep. Because of it's relatively small size, this mini doll house dresser will fit nicely into a child's miniature bedroom. As with the miniature chest of drawers, if I were to use the mini dresser in a child's doll house bedroom, I would paint it and add decorative stick-on miniature printables. This miniature bedroom dresser design is quite simple and is an easy piece to learn some of your miniature furniture making skills. I do not design my miniature furniture with operating drawers because I'll always have it displayed with the drawers closed.
Note: I will be offering a method to do this with operating miniature drawers at later time and will post a notice in my blog when they're online. Click on the safe and secure and you will receive a notice when more handmade miniature tools have been added to my site. |
You'll notice too that I have the drawings in a two tone finish - I did this so the instruction drawings would be more clear.
