Miniature Bedroom Nightstand

A miniature bedroom nightstand can be a small miniature table or little miniature cabinet. The ideal place to put your miniature bedroom lamp and a couple miniature printable books. This particular miniature furniture design could also work as miniature end tables in many different doll house rooms.

Miniature Bedroom Nightstand

This mini doll house nightstand design is a small open cabinet, with a couple of drawers represented. This miniature furniture nightstand measures a scale 20" (50.8 cm) wide by 25" (63.5) tall and is 17" (43.2 cm) deep. This mini doll house dresser will fit nicely into a child's miniature bedroom. As with the miniature chest of drawers and the miniature dresser, if I were to use this miniature bedroom nightstand in a child's doll house bedroom, I would paint it and add decorative stick-on miniature printables.

When I assemble the front of this miniature bedroom nightstand I work from the bottom up. The reason for this is that I can get each of the pieces butted together tightly. Then when I add the middle shelf I can align it very neatly to the top of the upper drawer. I do not design my miniature furniture with operating drawers because I'll always have it displayed with the drawers closed.

Note: I will be offering a method to do this with operating miniature drawers at later time and will post a notice in my blog when they're online.

You'll notice too that I have the drawings in a two tone finish - I do this so the instruction drawings are a bit more clear.
